Put Value to Yourself

This is one of the best thing that I’ve learned from my online mentor, Mike Dillard. He’s the famous online entrepreneur for network marketing training and it so happen that I bought one of his products called “Magnetic Sponsoring”.

It is said that people will join your business not because of whatever products that you have, but because of you. If you are in a networking business for example, you might discuss it with your friends and family members. With enthusiasm and eagerness, plus those people already know you; they might end up joining in your business. This is because they know you and they trust you that much that you won’t scam them.

Same goes on with the name Donald Trump. He spent his time building his name, constructing buildings with his name until came to a point that his name is one of the best brand out there. When people associate something on his name, they will surely patronize it whether it’s a business opportunity, a food or even clothes. This is because Donald Trump already has so much value on his name and people started looking for it.

In reality, building yourself as a good person is the first thing you need to do in establishing a networking business. This is the starting point where you need to prove to them that you are one of the best in your chosen field of expertise. You need to offer them your help by providing them information or anything that they may need. People are looking for someone that can guide them and lead them out of their problem. If their problem is financially, you might teach them how to be financial literate or guide them how to start a small business. You can’t just talk to the person and offer your business to them. They will be skeptical about it. But if you can provide them solution thru information, they will look into you as something that can be relied on. Thus, relationship and trust will be established. People will now start to look for you when you have proven yourself and build your own brand.

Even in early days of evolution, early human civilizations are headed by a certain leader. Others are just mere followers. Same thing is happening right now. There are only few leaders out there where the rest of the majority are followers looking for leaders that they can follow. If you can only establish yourself as the kind of leader that they want to look after, then you will have your followers. Teach them, nourish them, provide them information and help them. In the end, they will be the one to ask you to introduce your business, not you introducing your business. This is what happening now to those traditional network marketing individuals out there. Without knowing this very significant truth, they may end up dealing and talking with lots of people with no result at all. And they may end up exhausted and cursing the company for not being successful.

Success in every business depends on you. If you want to be successful, start building yourself as a leader and a successful person.
